Customer Service Agent – Sales (Night Shift)

About the role
We are seeking a hungry, humble and smart Customer Service Representative to work on‑site at IBEX Shaw in Mandaluyong on the night shift. The Inside Sales agent will proactively contact potential and existing customers, promote home services and membership programs, and close sales over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Perform high‑volume phone outreach to promote and sell the company membership plan.
- Answer incoming service calls with a positive attitude and a "yes, I can" mindset.
- Respond to online inquiries and voicemails using strong interpersonal skills.
- Assist customers in scheduling services and promoting preventative‑maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Use basic software tools to log information without errors.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Sales‑driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt to constant change.
