Vendor Relations Representative (Night Shift, Hybrid)

About the role

The Vendor Relationship Representative (VRR) acts as Customer Service Representative for a US property maintenance solutions business line. The role supports the department by building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and vendors, working under general supervision. It is a hybrid setup in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong, on a night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive vendor relations to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Receive and handle customer calls and email requests for services.
• Manage the scheduling and completion of services assigned by customers.
• Handle real-time inquiries, track commitments and follow up on customer and vendor inquiries.
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the company's web-based systems and databases.
• Source new vendors to perform required services when needed.
• Resolve or escalate disputes and unsatisfied service confirmations.
• Maintain open communication with vendors in line with contracts and agreed scope of work.
• Share information with supervisors, colleagues and subordinates by telephone, in writing, by email or in person.

Required profile

• 3+ years of work experience in the BPO industry; outbound call experience and email support preferred.
• Account management experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
