Reference File Maintainer 2

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Reference File Maintainer 2 in Taguig City. The role maintains healthcare organizations and prescribers in the databases of the US region, validates and researches client data inquiries using a process tool, and works with clients who raise concerns about the data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain reference data (healthcare organizations and prescribers) as essential for US production.
• Research via internet search, phone verification, database matches and other methods to gather information from third parties that validates the completeness and accuracy of the data.
• Perform outbound phone verification of organization and prescriber records, capturing client-required details such as primary office address and primary profession or specialty.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and take part in process improvements as needed.
• Validate that information gathered from third-party sources warrants an update, creation or deletion of existing data.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4-year course; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience handling voice and healthcare accounts is an advantage but not required.
• Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in the language of the country supplied or in English.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts and processes.
• Initiative and self-motivation to follow through on client concerns.
• Willingness to work nights.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word).
