About the role
The company is seeking a hungry, humble and smart Customer Service Representative for inside sales on a night shift at its Mandaluyong site.
Key responsibilities
- Perform high‑volume phone outreach to promote and sell membership plans.
- Handle incoming service calls with a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
- Respond to online inquiries and voicemails, assisting customers with scheduling and program promotion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using basic software.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Positive attitude, detail‑oriented and willing to learn.
- Sales‑driven and adaptable to constant change.
