Customer Relations Officer (Easy Buying) – Part Time

About the role

As a Customer Relations Officer (Easy Buying) you will be the friendly face that ensures every IKEA visitor enjoys a smooth and joyful shopping experience. Working part‑time in a busy store environment, you will help customers with product assembly questions, part exchanges, and any issues that arise during their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers throughout the store.
• Resolve product‑assembly difficulties and exchange components as needed.
• Answer frequently asked questions and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the team leader with all relevant information.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for shoppers and colleagues.
• Apply IKEA’s global concepts, tools, and manuals to optimise the customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role within a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling stressful situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on store needs.
