About the role
The Customer Issue Resolution Analyst supports global B2B customers and business partners across international markets. You will investigate, connect the dots, and drive issues to resolution across the Order-to-Cash journey.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end issue resolution for billing, pricing, deliveries, returns, credits and disputes.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Customer Operations to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Perform collection activities, correct billing errors and optimize invoice processing cycles.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least two years of experience in finance, AR/Collections or pricing.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel (conditional formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience using Power BI for reporting and automation.
- Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
