Customer Experience Ambassador – Digital & Sales Support

About the role

Join Globe as a Customer Experience Ambassador and help customers navigate our digital channels while supporting sales and service transactions. You will work directly with clients in a face‑to‑face setting, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in using digital platforms through on‑site guidance and education.
• Address sales and service needs, processing applications and transactions in the system.
• Approve and complete sales and service requests, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and active listening skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with online platforms for transaction processing.
