Culture and Experience Specialist

About the role

The Culture and Experience Specialist will partner with People Team leaders to shape, grow, and sustain the company’s culture. You will drive internal networks, change management, and engagement initiatives that enhance employee retention, productivity, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Support People Team leaders in defining and expanding company culture.
• Build internal networks, lead change‑management and communication for culture & engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate internal engagement and pulse surveys, action planning, and insight delivery to leadership.
• Implement strategies to improve employee retention and productivity across all levels.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and assessing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
• Coach leaders on D&I best practices and foster a climate of belonging.
• Create employee events and networks that promote personal development and an inclusive environment.
• Define and execute communications strategies that align with corporate culture and business goals.
• Support employer branding, employee value proposition, and people‑recognition initiatives.
• Administer ad‑hoc projects that enhance employee and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Culture & Engagement role.
• Experience designing, developing, and evaluating enterprise‑wide culture and engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into engaging content.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
