Culture and Engagement Manager

About the role

The Culture and Engagement Manager will partner with People Team leaders to shape, grow, and sustain a high‑performing, values‑driven culture. This role drives engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and internal communications that align employees with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support People Team leaders and People Partners in defining and expanding company culture.
• Design, implement, and evaluate engagement strategies and programs to boost employee performance and retention.
• Build internal networks, lead change‑management efforts, and communicate culture initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate pulse surveys, analyze results, and guide leadership on actionable insights.
• Develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, coach leaders on best practices, and create inclusive employee events and networks.
• Define communications strategy, deliver employer branding messages, and support employee value proposition initiatives.
• Drive people‑recognition programs and create engaging internal communications that reflect the employer brand.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects that enhance employee and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and evaluating enterprise‑wide culture and engagement strategies.
• Proven experience planning and delivering communication campaigns.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into engaging content.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
