Crewing Officer for Ships

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Crewing Officer to lead global crew operations for our fleet. In this role you will ensure seamless vessel assignments, manage travel and visa arrangements, and uphold strict compliance standards across all maritime activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew operations for vessels worldwide, ensuring optimal staffing and scheduling.
• Manage visa applications, travel logistics, and documentation for crew members.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, company policies, and international labor standards.
• Maintain accurate crew records and databases, updating information as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments, agents, and external authorities to resolve complex crewing challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in crew management, maritime HR, or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of visa processes, travel coordination, and maritime compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
