Creative Training Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Creative Training Specialist to coach graphic designers and video editors who support e‑commerce brands. You will prepare trainees for client‑facing work by developing their skills in design, video editing, content creation, and creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Graphic Designers and Video Editors on e‑commerce creative workflows.
• Guide trainees through graphic design, video editing, and content creation tasks, including hands‑on practice and assessments.
• Provide feedback and constructive coaching to improve creative quality and performance.
• Help trainees interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
• Monitor trainee progress and deliver additional coaching as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative field.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising creative professionals.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce content and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms (a plus).
