Creative Specialist – Remote

About the role

OurAssistants is looking for a Creative Specialist to produce engaging visual and video content for U.S.-based brands. The role is fully remote, works US business hours, and focuses on short‑form videos and graphics for social media and website campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and design graphics for posts, ads and campaigns.
• Develop branded assets for product launches, promotions and website elements such as banners and email visuals.
• Repurpose existing content across platforms and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals and optimize for engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design and content creation.
• Proven experience supporting U.S.‑based clients or brands.
• Resides in the Philippines or Latin America with a stable internet connection and remote‑ready workstation.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Canva.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.
• Strong video‑editing skills for short‑form and marketing content.
