CPA Student Program Coordinator

About the role

EY Canada's Talent Development and Learning Team is seeking a CPA Student Program Coordinator (Job Grade 5) to support its National CPA team. The role helps CPA students complete their practical experience and educational requirements, engaging with students, supporting transaction processing, managing data entry and records, and coordinating practical experience and educational processes. The position is based in Taguig.

Key responsibilities

• Support cyclical compliance activities by reviewing submissions against established criteria, identifying exceptions and coordinating follow-up with participants and stakeholders.
• Prepare, reconcile and validate data from multiple sources using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Help review student registration, module registration and tuition documentation (including invoices) against student rosters.
• Assist with annual compliance and membership processes, tracking participant status and monitoring deadlines.
• Maintain accurate participant records and support documentation in line with data governance requirements.
• Respond to routine student inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Support process improvement, data clean-up, testing and other special projects.

Required profile

• Analytical, logical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple or unexpected deadlines.
• Strong written communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information; the role may require overtime during peak times.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation, filtering and reporting (Power Query is an asset).
• Proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint and Office 360.
