Country Leader – Shared Services

About the role

The Country Leader will head the Manila Shared Services Center, overseeing HR, Finance, and Facility Management for a workforce of over 350. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Shared Services, this role drives strategic initiatives and ensures alignment with global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardisation of shared services processes to exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with global functional, segment and corporate leaders to translate strategic priorities into measurable service outcomes.
• Drive enterprise‑wide impact by expanding service maturity, optimising global processes and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Foster a highly engaged workforce through transparent, inclusive leadership.
• Oversee performance management, SLA development and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive management experience, including 3‑5 years leading a shared services team in a large multinational.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, talent management, organisational development and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
