Country HR Business Partner / HR Head – Philippines

About the role

Lattice is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as the Country HR Business Partner and HR Head for its Philippines site. The role partners closely with both country and global leadership to drive people strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Develop and execute talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Lead performance management, calibration, and career development initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps and implement development solutions to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design and execute hiring strategies for engineering, R&D, operations, and corporate functions.
• Monitor workforce trends, hiring effectiveness, and critical talent metrics.
• Ensure HR programs align with business priorities while maintaining compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Head, within a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong partnership and influencing skills with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural initiatives.
