Country Head – Philippines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Country Head to lead our business operations and drive strategic growth in the Philippines. This senior leadership position will shape the country strategy for our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) business and ensure alignment with regional and global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy and day‑to‑day operations in the Philippines.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve defined country business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, hospitals and government entities.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and develop local teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and business performance management.
• Represent the organization externally and strengthen its presence within the healthcare ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, Diagnostics or Pharmaceuticals.
• Proven senior leadership experience with responsibility for commercial growth and business management.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape.
• Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
