Country Director – Philippines

About the role

Konecranes is seeking a Country Director to lead its operations in the Philippines. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management of sales, service, and overall business performance, ensuring the company meets its growth, profitability and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a country‑wide sales and business strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Own P&L responsibility, set financial targets, and monitor performance against budgets.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead and develop the local sales and service teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance and adherence to corporate standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and oversee key account management.
• Report on performance metrics, forecast revenue and resource needs, and implement corrective actions when required.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience, preferably as a country head or director in an industrial or equipment‑focused business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L, drive profitable growth and execute strategic plans.
• Strong track record in building and leading high‑performing sales and service teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
