Countertop Estimator / Takeoff Specialist

About the role

Pyramid Granite is seeking an experienced Countertop Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to join its growing team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for granite, marble, and quartz countertop projects, supporting both commercial and residential work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for countertop projects using Bluebeam and other estimating tools.
• Perform takeoffs, markups, and review drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Source materials, obtain pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and manage lead times.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, general contractors, and clients.
• Draft professional proposals, quotations, and project correspondence in English.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience estimating granite, marble, or quartz countertops.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work within a team.
