About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team at the MOA Pasay office. The role focuses on managing corporate travel bookings, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and supporting loyalty program initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process corporate travel reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Verify that all travel arrangements comply with international regulations.
- Assist employees with loyalty program enrollment and usage.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for corporate travelers and resolve travel‑related issues.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of support or customer‑service experience.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms.
- Understanding of international travel regulations.
- Knowledge of airline and hotel loyalty programs.
