Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all internal and external communication initiatives, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility programs. This role ensures consistent, compliant messaging and strong stakeholder engagement to protect and enhance the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee communication strategies, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Manage press releases, media relations, and event coverage to promote the brand.
• Serve as the primary contact for operations staff on promotions, discounts, and transaction handling.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
• Design and execute CSR programs aligned with company values and community needs.
• Lead crisis communication efforts during sensitive or high‑risk situations.
• Prepare speeches, presentations, and digital content for senior leadership.
• Ensure all communications comply with Philippine labor and hospitality regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or hospitality marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in crisis communication and media handling.
• Strong collaborative skills across HR, Operations, and Legal departments.
