Contracts Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to support our French eyewear client. The role involves reviewing various contracts, managing payments, and coordinating treasury and HR reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review real estate, insurance and other contracts, identifying key terms, risks and obligations.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support contract analysis and ensure accurate information.
• Finalize monthly payment runs, maintain compliance with financial deadlines and internal controls.
• Perform data‑cleansing for supplier and employee bank details during onboarding.
• Coordinate foreign exchange transactions and prepare FX, cash‑flow and NFP reports for the Regional Treasury Team.
• Consolidate data for monthly Balance Score Card reporting and update HR records in Peoplecore.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience reviewing contracts or in a paralegal/contract role.
• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days remote) is mandatory.
• Educational background in Legal Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and above‑average communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced use of Google Workspace applications.

What we offer

• Salary of PHP 25,000‑30,000 per month.
• Monthly transportation allowance of PHP 4,000 and de‑minimis allowance of PHP 3,600.
