Contract Management Senior Analyst

About the role

The Contract Management Senior Analyst joins the Procurement Centre of Excellence to own the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle. You will partner with legal, finance and business teams to ensure contracts are drafted, approved, executed and maintained in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and renewal.
• Coordinate timely approvals with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders.
• Oversee contract signature processes and maintain continuity of agreements.
• Track contract expiries, renewals and terminations to mitigate risk.
• Handle contract‑related pricing updates and amendments for accuracy and alignment with commercial strategies.
• Support operationalisation of contracts to meet business objectives and risk frameworks.
• Drive contracting best practices, process efficiency and insight generation within the Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement operations, contract administration or legal support.
• Fluent English with strong attention to detail.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba Contracts Workspace.
• Experience with e‑signature tools.
