Continuous Improvement Manager (OpCo)

About the role

The OpCo Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the execution of prioritized improvement initiatives across DBS operating companies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, OpCo Continuous Improvement, this role ensures disciplined delivery, early risk visibility, and transparent decision‑making in a matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of assigned OpCo initiatives, driving governance, cadence and momentum.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies and misalignments, escalating issues with clear impact and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across DBS, IT and OpCo stakeholders, maintaining linkage to business value.
• Facilitate decision‑making and manage dependencies in a global, matrixed setting without direct authority.
• Provide structured communication and reporting to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility; 3‑5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end improvement projects in matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a results‑oriented mindset.
