Consumer Insights Specialist

About the role

The Consumer Insights Specialist will support the Category team by analysing business performance, conducting market evaluation studies, and building consumer insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate economic and consumer data with internal performance metrics to derive business implications.
• Analyse industry and brand performance within operational and strategic contexts.
• Interpret research findings using appropriate statistical methods and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Identify consumer intelligence gaps, design research approaches, and coordinate study execution.
• Develop case studies documenting learnings from product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives.
• Monitor global trends and shifting consumer preferences to enrich category insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer and market insights.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous research tools such as retail audit, home panel, and ad tracking.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
• Basic operating knowledge of analytics for business optimisation, including marketing‑media ROI, pricing analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
