Consultant/Senior Consultant – Organization Workforce Transformation (Change Management)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Organization Workforce Transformation team in Manila. You will help clients redesign their operating models and drive change initiatives that align with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze organizational data, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop actionable recommendations for client leadership.
• Implement recommendations alongside project and client teams.
• Support clients in delivering organizational and change initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops and contribute to financial administration of engagements (budgets, billing, collections).
