Construction Project Executive

About the role

The Construction Project Executive will oversee fit‑out projects from planning through handover, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will act as a key liaison between contractors, suppliers, internal teams, and ZUS headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep all activities on track.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including timelines, budgets, permits, and progress reports.
• Support site managers in daily problem‑solving and issue resolution.
• Manage material and equipment deliveries, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
• Conduct quality control checks and oversee snagging processes to guarantee defect‑free handover.
• Communicate design or specification changes to all parties and ensure proper approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Executive, preferably in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
