Concierge / Receptionist – Quezon City

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Concierge/Receptionist to join our residential condominium team in Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Manage front‑desk duties including check‑in/check‑out, visitor logs, and package handling.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist with building security procedures and coordinate with security staff.
• Provide information about building amenities, local services, and transportation options.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all administrative supplies are stocked.

Required profile

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework or hospitality training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in a residential or condo setting is advantageous.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
