Concierge / Receptionist (18K-20K) – Quezon City

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Concierge/Receptionist to join our residential condominium team in Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a courteous demeanor.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate logs.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and reception area.
• Handle resident complaints and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.

Required profile

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent (some college or hospitality training preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in a residential or condo setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
