Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Compensation Analyst joins the Survey Operations team to support Community™ Market surveys across developing countries, working from the Operations Center in Manila. This hands‑on role blends data analysis with client communication to ensure high‑quality compensation and benefits insights.

Key responsibilities

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries.
• Assess survey results and create diagnostics to support Birches Group’s Community™ products and services.
• Inform management on survey‑process issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Explain survey participation and data‑collection procedures to ensure efficient execution.
• Present survey results to clients, linking Community™ Jobs and Community™ Market to other components.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines.
• Maintain consistent quality in survey data production and review work of junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to learn and work independently.
• Comfortable in an informal environment with high freedom and responsibility.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
