Company Physician (Reliever) – Davao del Sur

About the role

The Company Physician (Reliever) provides occupational health services, medical consultations, and emergency care to employees on a scheduled, on‑call basis. The role supports employee wellness and ensures compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatment for work‑related and general health concerns.
• Provide first aid, emergency stabilization, and arrange referrals when needed.
• Support occupational health programs, monitor employee health, and contribute to workplace risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and prepare required reports.
• Deliver health education, wellness counseling, and promote preventive health practices.

Required profile

• Licensed Physician with a valid PRC license; newly licensed physicians are welcome.
• Relevant experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, industrial medicine, hospital practice, or general medicine.
• BCOM Certificate.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
