Company Nurse – Onsite Healthcare Support

About the role

Unify CX is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to provide on‑site healthcare support for its call‑center staff in Quezon City. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid, managing employee health records, and promoting a safe work environment throughout the project duration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and emergency medical care to employees on‑site.
• Monitor and manage employee health and wellness during the project period.
• Maintain and update employee medical records in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and ongoing medical needs.
• Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and local health regulations.
• Promote health‑and‑safety awareness through training and guidance.
• Handle occupational health concerns and emergencies efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Proven experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting, preferably corporate.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and occupational health standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
