Company Nurse – Medical Services Support

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Company Nurse to deliver medical aid, conduct assessments, and support the health programs established by our Medical Services department. The role ensures compliance with Philippine health laws and company policies while providing timely care to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform medical assessments using patients’ records, physical examinations, and laboratory results.
• Validate attendance‑related processes such as undertime, absences, and sick leave based on evaluation outcomes.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and emergency care as needed.
• Recommend appropriate medical interventions—hospitalization, clinic referral, rest, or discharge—and communicate decisions to Operations and immediate supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Preferably certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• First‑aid certification.
• Medical assessment and clinical examination.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) knowledge.
