Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse will provide occupational health services to employees and ensure a safe workplace environment. This dual role combines nursing care with safety oversight, supporting staff wellbeing and compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat employee injuries and illnesses, manage referrals to healthcare providers.
• Schedule pre‑employment, annual physical, and executive health examinations.
• Maintain medical records, validate sickness and maternity notifications, and process SSS payments.
• Administer HMO and insurance claims and assist employees with related concerns.
• Implement and monitor health programs to facilitate return‑to‑work and improve overall health.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conduct accident investigations, and lead safety inspections and fire drills.
• Maintain accurate health‑safety training records and report activities to the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and First Aid is an advantage.
• ONAP Certificate holder.
• Ability to handle emergencies, sensitive information and interact with diverse personnel.
