Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse provides professional nursing care to ensure the comfort and well‑being of employees within the organization’s on‑site medical clinic. The role supports physicians during examinations and treatments while maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to employees, including medication administration and dressing changes.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and preventive health programs.
• Perform office duties, provide internal and external customer service, and manage inventory of clinic supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and quality medical clinic environment.
• Prepare equipment and support physicians during patient care.
• Carry out HR‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC) Registered Nurse license.
• BOSH Training Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
