About the role

Regent Foods Corporation is looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to join its Pasig City team. As a full‑time member of the corporate health team, you will ensure the well‑being of all employees by delivering prompt medical care and promoting a safe, healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for illnesses or injuries occurring on site.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote wellness initiatives and educate staff on disease prevention.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a corporate or industrial health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction at all employee levels.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• OHNAP certification (preferred).
