Community Manager (Crypto & Blockchain)

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the growth and engagement of our global community across digital platforms. This role designs and executes strategies that boost brand reputation, drive user acquisition and retention, and nurture relationships with customers, partners, KOLs, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, manage, and expand the community on Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Moderate forums and chat groups, fostering a positive culture that encourages participation and peer‑to‑peer support.
• Design and run incentive programs such as ambassador schemes, reward campaigns and referral initiatives.
• Identify and onboard KOLs, influencers and affiliate partners, coordinating campaigns and tracking ROI.
• Monitor online reputation across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, Google Reviews, Trustpilot and similar sites, responding to comments while maintaining brand voice.
• Plan and execute online and offline events—including AMAs, meetups, hackathons and conferences—handling logistics, budgeting and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Strong passion for crypto culture and a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems.
• Proven experience in community growth, engagement and moderation on multiple social platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KOL, influencer and affiliate relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to reputation management.

Required skills

• Experience with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter).
• Familiarity with online reputation monitoring tools and social media analytics.
