Collections Analyst (Invoice to Cash)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Collections Analyst within its Finance function (Accounting sub-function) in Taguig, Philippines. The role manages day-to-day collections for assigned accounts and supports accounts receivable reporting and month-end close.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collections for assigned accounts by phone, email and customer portals.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and prioritize collection efforts to reduce past-due balances.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and billing discrepancies with Billing and Sales.
• Prepare, negotiate and document payment arrangements and follow up on them.
• Apply incoming payments, assist with cash application and short-pay reconciliation.
• Escalate delinquent accounts per policy (credit holds, senior collections, legal).
• Maintain accurate AR records, notes and collection logs in ERP/collections systems.
• Produce aging, DSO, collections performance and cash forecast reports, and support month-end close and audit requests.
• Identify process improvements and take part in I2C automation or transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience (or 2-4 years of relevant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable or I2C functions.
• Clear written and verbal communication; effective negotiator with customers.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and CRM/collections tools
