Cluster Manager – Multi‑Unit Food Operations

About the role

The Cluster Manager will lead the performance and daily operations of several food‑service outlets within the Ramos cluster. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures consistent product quality, service standards, and compliance with food‑safety regulations across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, inventory control, scheduling and staffing for multiple sites.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, margins and key performance indicators, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
• Coach and develop store teams, conduct performance reviews and address escalations promptly.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, marketing and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce company standards, food‑safety compliance and customer service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or hospitality units, preferably in food or related sectors.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development and performance management.
• Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control, cost management and basic financial analysis.
• Knowledge of food‑safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or equivalent practical experience.
