Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will act as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams to shape key technical decisions. The role bridges technical implementation and business objectives, ensuring cloud services are reliable, performant, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with cross‑functional teams to contribute to strategic cloud decisions.
• Provide timely solutions to technical problems for both the immediate team and broader organization.
• Facilitate training sessions to raise team competence in cloud and related technologies.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in cloud infrastructure design and operation.
• Strong background in content management systems and Linux environments.
• Deep understanding of incident and problem management processes.
• Experience optimizing Alfresco or Mobius platforms, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval.
