Client Services & Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

Join Marsh's Business Development Team in Manila as a Client Services & Sales Executive. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on delivering sales targets for insurance products while supporting senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and meet sales targets for insurance products.
• Arrange, attend, and present to prospects with the aim of closing deals.
• Assist senior colleagues in sales meetings, presentations, and deal processes across various industries.
• Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and existing business to identify opportunities.
• Draft due‑diligence reports and presentations, including basic financial analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Legal right to work in the Philippines.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in non‑life insurance broking or the insurance industry.
