Child Data Analyst

About the role

The Child Data Analyst supports transformational impact for vulnerable children by ensuring high‑quality data and effective management of sponsorship databases. Based in Camarines Sur, the role works within a global organization dedicated to child welfare and community development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain SSUI (HOPE) and GN databases, including security and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Administer technical applications, troubleshoot issues, and respond to database‑related inquiries promptly.
• Enter and update child data in Horizon‑HOPE using mobile or desktop tools, ensuring synchronization with SSUI (HOPE).
• Maintain custody of sponsorship records, conduct data quality checks, and generate timely reports.
• Support child case management by coordinating monitoring follow‑ups and ensuring data integrity.
• Provide technical support for sponsorship processes, educate families and communities, and assist in designing monitoring tools.
