Channel Development Manager – Distribution & Sales

About the role

The Channel Development Manager will lead efforts to grow and optimise product distribution across assigned territories. You will work closely with distributors and key accounts to ensure product availability and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and expand distribution networks.
• Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to increase sales.
• Execute route‑to‑market and trade programmes across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet targets.
• Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and maintain smooth business relationships.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to ensure proper execution of promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Results‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in sales and distribution management is an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and manage an assigned territory.
