Change Management Expert

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Change Management Expert in Metro Manila. The role designs and executes strategies that help organizations navigate transitions effectively, ensuring changes are planned, aligned with business objectives and implemented with minimal disruption. It covers assessing the impact of change on people, processes and systems, engaging stakeholders, communicating the purpose and benefits, providing training and resources, and monitoring progress and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Create change management strategies and plans with business units and cross-functional teams to assess change impact, speed adoption, build user knowledge and manage resistance
• Design the overall change management plan, communication plan, training and coaching plan, and coordinate with program/project managers and trainers so change activities fit the timeline, budget and readiness checks
• Deliver clear, consistent messaging about the change, its benefits and impact, and share achievements, updates and strategic direction across the organization
• Identify key stakeholders, secure their buy-in, track change adoption and revise strategies to meet transformation objectives
• Report progress, status, risks and support needs to stakeholders
• Monitor risks and issues, integrate risk mitigation into change initiatives, and design adaptive plans with contingency strategies for high-impact external risks
• Follow company policies and procedures, understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards, and report compliance matters honestly to the Compliance Officer

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience combining project management, change management execution and process engineering, with data analysis, strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset
• Able to formulate recommendations for operational efficiency and improved customer experience
• Preferred: Project Management Certification and ALMI or FLMI
