Future Leaders - Next Gen Management Development Program

About the role

Prudential's Pru Life UK offers an accelerated leadership track called the Next Gen Management Development Program (MDP), designed to prepare recent graduates for future management and strategic roles in the insurance business. The program runs for 24 months with structured rotations and assessments, starts in August 2026, and is based in Taguig, Metro Manila with a hybrid work setup.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of any degree or course with strong academic performance, such as Latin Honors, Dean's List, or ranking in the top 25% of the class
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• A track record of leadership, for example in student organizations, internships, volunteer work or community impact
• Values-driven, committed to excellence, with curiosity and a genuine drive to help others succeed
