Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role
The Buyer will support the organisation’s procurement activities by creating, managing and tracking purchase requisitions and orders. Working closely with engineering, product, HR, operations and finance teams, the role ensures timely and accurate purchasing execution.
Key responsibilities
- Create, manage and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including workflow implementation for generation, approval and fulfillment.
- Monitor, track and report on procurement‑related KPIs; prepare performance reports as required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee effective purchasing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all purchase orders and related documentation.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, collaboration and time‑management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
