Butler – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

The Butler enhances the overall guest experience at City of Dreams Manila by delivering highly personalized service to VIP and Villa guests. Acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel staff, the Butler anticipates needs, manages requests, and ensures every stay is memorable and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome VIP and Villa guests, recognizing preferences and building lasting relationships.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, restaurant bookings, show tickets, spa and recreational activities.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and handling guest belongings.
• Serve food and beverage, manage Villa dining orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and feedback in the hotel system.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes quality standards from pre‑arrival through departure.
• Provide 24/7 support, including smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for limousine arrivals and departures.
• Prepare service stations, stock supplies, and keep equipment ready for anticipated demand.
