Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive retail banking sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales objectives.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account acquisition and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong leadership mindset with strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Understanding of financial management, risk‑management controls and account management.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, procedures and bank products.
