Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, this role focuses on driving retail banking sales and ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving defined sales goals.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales call plans and related reports.
• Record action plans and essential information accurately.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to apply learned tools in leadership situations.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
• Familiarity with bank products and services, including account management.
