Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, this role blends sales activity with a solid understanding of retail banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Support volume objectives through account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and essential information.
• Develop and execute effective sales initiatives to promote retail banking products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any business‑related program) with at least a four‑year graduation.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Experience in account management and familiarity with bank products and services.
