Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based at the Palawan National Hi‑Way Branch and reports to the Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and volume goals.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Cross‑sell YGC banking products to meet branch objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
